Refund policy

RETURNS INFORMATION

We always to do our best when it comes to customer satisfaction.

If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, you may return any unopened products. Please ensure the item is still in its original condition, unopened and is returned to us securely.

We uphold a full refund, exchange on sealed items within 14 working days of purchase. We do not offer refund on promotional, reduced or discounted items. Please note that we are only able to assist with refund or replacement if the product is damaged. Prior to receiving a video or picture as proof of damage.

Please include the following information:

  • Name
  • Email Address
  • Order Number
  • Reason for return
  • Image / video (if damaged)

Please also include whether you would like a refund, an exchange or a replacement.

Returns, exchanges and replacements are processed as soon as we receive your items. We advise that you retain a proof of postage receipt when sending your item back to us. We are not able to reimburse the cost of postage paid to send the goods back to us.

Refunds

When returning goods to customer services or in-store, refunds will be paid to the same method of payment used on the original order.  The refund value will be for the price paid when the order was placed.
